01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk79 platform, including all content, features, information and services made available through the website at pk79.cam ("Platform", "Site").

pk79 operates as an English-language online gaming and sports-betting information platform serving Pakistani users across all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The platform provides informational and entertainment content related to online gaming, sports betting, live casino products and responsible gambling guidance.

Important: pk79 does not hold a gambling license issued by any Pakistani governmental authority. We do not claim endorsement by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any provincial body. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan).

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

03 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an account or using any feature of the pk79 Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or promotions.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, regardless of how they access the Site — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile device browser or any other access method.

04 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the pk79 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator and/or the license jurisdiction governing the Platform. Being 18 years old does not automatically make gambling lawful in your jurisdiction — you must independently verify your legal position.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling activities is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering under your own legal identity and providing truthful, accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or under instruction from any other person when using the Platform.
• You must not have been previously suspended, excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or agent of pk79 or any associated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

05 Account Registration

You may be required to register an account to access certain features of the pk79 Platform. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted, and to update that information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per User

Each eligible user is permitted to hold one active account on the Platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person and must notify pk79 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pk79 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach is attributable to the user's own failure to maintain secure credentials.

Account Accuracy

The name and identity information registered on your pk79 account must match the details held on your government-issued identity document (such as your CNIC or passport). Inconsistencies between your registered name and your payment account name are a common cause of withdrawal delays. You must update your account information promptly upon any change of personal details.

06 Identity Verification (KYC)

pk79 may require you to complete an identity verification process (commonly referred to as "Know Your Customer" or "KYC") at any point during your use of the Platform. KYC is a standard industry practice used to confirm user identity, verify age eligibility, prevent fraud and comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Documents That May Be Required

• Proof of Identity: A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document confirming your residential address, where required.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph of you holding your identity document, or a short video verification, to confirm document authenticity.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the payment account used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant wallet account or bank statement).

Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. pk79 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements at any time where justified by risk or regulatory considerations.

07 Deposits & Payments

Deposits to the pk79 Platform may be made using the payment methods available in the cashier at the time of your deposit. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and any applicable transaction fees are set by the operator and are subject to change without notice.

Pakistani Payment Context

Pakistani users may be familiar with digital payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, as well as bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are referenced here as contextual payment touchpoints only. None of these providers has confirmed support for or endorsement of online gambling or this operator. Users must verify actual deposit options directly in the Platform cashier and must not assume that any specific payment method is available or supported.

Deposit Restrictions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits made with proceeds of crime or in connection with money laundering activity are strictly prohibited.

08 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from the Platform is subject to the following conditions. pk79 makes no guarantee of specific withdrawal processing times — timelines vary depending on the payment method, verification status and operator processing volumes.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal will be processed.
• The name on your withdrawal payment account must exactly match the name registered on your pk79 account. Name mismatches will cause delays or rejections.
• Any active bonus balance must satisfy applicable wagering requirements in full before withdrawal of associated winnings can be approved.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. Check the cashier for current limits.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to internal review, particularly for amounts above certain thresholds or where account activity triggers risk review procedures.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts owned by and registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

09 Bonuses & Promotions

pk79 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered PKR 30,000 in total before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The promotion terms will specify game contribution percentages. Slots may contribute 100% while live casino or table games may contribute less or not at all.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods. Unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Limits: During active bonus wagering, maximum bet limits may apply per round or per spin. Bets exceeding these limits while a bonus is active may void the bonus at the operator's discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time.
• Fraud Prevention: pk79 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse, including coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage or manipulation of bonus terms, is detected.

10 Platform Rules & Conduct

Users of the pk79 Platform agree to use the Platform in a lawful, responsible and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to circumvent, override or manipulate Platform security measures, account verification systems or game integrity controls.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform, in gaming or in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs or technical malfunctions in the Platform. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error may be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff, support agents or other users.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other Platform interaction.
• Sharing your account access with any other individual or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful without appropriate authorisation.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of any balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11 Responsible Gambling

pk79 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become addictive and that some individuals may be vulnerable to problem gambling. We encourage all users to approach online gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users through the Platform's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk79 Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, interface elements, data compilations, software and other materials — is owned by or licensed to pk79 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, publication or transmission of Platform content without prior written consent from pk79.
• Modification, adaptation, reverse engineering or creation of derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use of pk79 brand names, logos or trademarks without express written authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining or systematic extraction of Platform content through automated means.

Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk79 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors exclude all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other economic loss arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in Platform content, including information about payment methods, game products or regulatory status.
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuance of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure account credentials.
• Any outcomes resulting from your reliance on Platform content to make real-money wagering decisions. All wagering decisions are your sole responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk79 is registered or principally operated, as applicable. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Pakistani users acknowledge that the Platform does not operate under a license issued by any Pakistani authority and that participation in online gambling may be restricted under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any related provincial legislation. Users are solely responsible for understanding their own legal position and for complying with all applicable local laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with pk79 support. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established in the applicable jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pk79 reserves the right to amend, revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where changes are material, pk79 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform (for example, through a notice on the homepage or via account notification). However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
